Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be hand poured. This process will take at least 1-2 days to allow for creation and drying time. Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home.

We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address.

Return & Exchange Policy

All candles are non-refundable. My goal is to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase and I am more than willing to work with you if you are not satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

** Please note that I cannot provide refunds for damage due to hot/cold weather.
